SBA loan borrowers and other funding recipients can check their account balances and payment due date in the Capital Access Financial System (CAFS). Find out how to set up an account in the CAFS system.
Note: Due to privacy restrictions, Pay.gov does not have access to your SBA loan information. Your loan balance and account details, such as interest and due date, are NOT available on Pay.gov’s website or from Pay.gov help desk staff.

Mail your payment:
Create a Pay.gov account
While you can pay without logging into a Pay.gov user account, it is recommended that you create a user account. Having a user account lets you set up recurring payments, track payments made, cancel pending payments, change recurring payments, and update your address with SBA.
For EIDL borrowers please access your RAPID Portal or create a CAFS portal account. Your original loans documents also have your loan number.
All other borrowers can locate their loan number by creating a CAFS portal account.
Your loan number might be on a statement or letter from SBA. It is NOT the same as your application number. If you do not have a letter or statement, please contact the SBA COVID EIDL Customer Service Center at 833-853-5638.
COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL): EIDL Loans have a 10-digit loan number. EIDL loans were initiated by completing an application through the SBA website. This type of loan is between the borrower and SBA directly. COVID EIDL loans are not eligible to be forgiven.
Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans: The PPP loan program was designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll. PPP loans have a 10-digit loan number. These loans were initiated by contacting a lending institution and completing their application and are made between the borrower and lender, not between the borrower and SBA. PPP loans are eligible to be forgiven.
COVID-19 EIDL Advances: EIDL Advance/Grants have a 10-digit application number. Generally, EIDL Advances/Grants were paid in rounded, thousand-dollar amounts ranging from $1,000-$10,000 via direct deposit from the U.S. Treasury.
