Meet the CDS Solutions Founder & Owner
👤 About Terry N. Stumpff
Terry N. Stumpff is the founder of CDS Solutions and a nationally recognized leader in the USPS Contract Delivery Service (CDS) industry. With nearly two decades of experience, Terry has successfully operated more than 100 USPS transportation contracts across 20+ states nationwide. He is a two-time recipient of the USPS Eagle Spirit Award for excellence in service, reflecting his commitment to operational integrity and supplier success.
Terry has also served as a Board Member of the National Star Route Mail Contractors Association (NSRMCA), representing the CDS supplier community at the national level. Over the past decade, he has organized and led strategic meetings and educational webinars in collaboration with USPS CDS offices, Postal Operations officials, and U.S. Department of Labor representatives—helping bridge communication and foster stronger compliance throughout the industry.
Throughout his career, Terry has:
- Managed high-volume logistics across complex delivery networks
- Built and led successful CDS teams in diverse and challenging markets
- Advocated nationally for contractor rights and best practices
